Phil Flemming practices primarily in the areas of labor and employment and civil and commercial litigation. With over 25 years of experience, Phil has tried numerous cases in state and federal courts, and in administrative tribunals. Phil regularly advises and represents individuals and business clients in cases related to workplace discrimination and harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour, breach of contract, and other employment-related matters, as well as in commercial disputes in Phoenix, Tucson, and throughout Arizona.
Phil is licensed to practice before Arizona state trial and appellate courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Phil is a graduate of Arizona State University and Valparaiso University School of Law. Phil has also attended the Arizona College of Trial Advocacy as well as the University of California, at San Francisco, Hastings College of Law Trial College.
